When I started my journey in sales and leadership I knew there was more to being successful than hard work and doing things right. I found that if we are able to truly engage ourselves in what we are passionate about, then learn to promote engagement in those that report to us, we will have greater success. That is what I am passionate about; helping others discover their passions while finding ways to improve their lives both in business and pleasure. To find success and balance. To stretch themselves to new limits and achieve goals they might not have realized were within their reach.
